+NEW VACANCY+ HR PAYROLL MANAGER Leading Global Retail Company In Riyadh Fluent ARABIC SPEAKERS only Our client is a leading global retail company representing some of the most popular, developing and diverse brands within fashion and retail. The organization covers wholesale and retail trading across international brands including clothing, shoes and perfume for men, women and children. They are an expanding and developing company moving into new areas such as home furnishings and into new locations across the Middle East and the USA JOB OVERVIEW: Organize the processes of the Payroll in order to ensure that all employees of the Fashion Retail Business receive their salaries timely and accurately every month. This role reports directly to the Head of HR Responsible for overseeing the Payroll team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •NEW RECRUITS PAYROLL – Ensure all newly recruited employees payroll is timely and accurately posted and processed in the payroll system in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures •PAYROLL DATA ENTRY – Ensure postings of transactions related to employee’s payroll details (e.g. Vacations, Absences, Warnings etc.) are accurately entered into the payroll system in accordance with the Company Policy and Procedures •STAFF COMPENSATION CHANGE – Verify that all changes for employee salary, allowance, benefits or grade due to increments, promotion or transfer to another location are approved by the CEO and accurately recorded in the payroll system so that accurate payments can be generated in accord with the company grading system and the policy •PAYROLL RUN – Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the schedule defined in order for employees to receive their salary every month end •PAYMENT VOUCHER – Organize the issuance and validation of payment vouchers or advances (e.g. HRA, Late salary payments, temporary employees etc.) for employee in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures •END OF SERVICE – Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the employees End of Service Settlement in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures •MIS / REPORTS – Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of periodic Payroll reports to relevant functions / personnel •SR. MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION – Validate and enter all compensation change requests for Senior Management in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures •PAYROLL QUERIES - Provide HR representatives with adequate responses to queries regarding payroll issues in order to justify the payroll transaction. Take corrective action in the event of payroll error •PAYROLL CONFIDENTIALITY – Ensure confidentiality of all Payroll related items, transactions and reports are effected in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures •SPECIAL PROJECTS - Handle special projects as assigned by Management from time to time KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: •Payroll details of new recruits are generated accurately through payroll •All transactions related to employee’s payroll details are posted accurately in the system. •All changes in employee’s grade, salary, allowance and Benefit details are generated accurately through payroll •No errors and delay in the payroll run •All vouchers for payments or advances are released timely and accurately •End of Service Payments are generated timely and accurately through the payroll system •Reports are prepared and submitted timely to respective parties •A well designed computerised database is in place which serves as a planning tool •An efficient and effective Induction Program is in place and implemented •Number of training aids, materials and equipment acquisitions that enhanced effectiveness of training programs •Compensation change for Senior Management are validated and posted accurately into the system •All payroll queries are logically and timely explained •Completion of project(s) within specified time lines and project variables ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: •Graduate in Commerce or HR Management or relevant Degree •MBA or CPA very welcome •At least 5 years experience within Payroll •Fluent Arabic/ English BENEFITS: •Total package up to 19 - 22k SAR •Including high quality accommodation and transport allowance To apply in confidence please email your CV FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
